Preconstruction Planning

Proper planning is the key to managing construction cost and scheduling before a project begins. JNMCS will work with clients early in the process to ensure that site work, project details, construction considerations, finishes, and turn over deadlines are understood by all involved in the project. Our Project Managers provide current market cost estimation by cost code, realistic scheduling and detailed engineering reports prior to construction starts.

Construction Management

JNMCS ensures that a construction project is properly planned, managed and executed. We will focus on the full scope of the project and budget. Our PM and superintendent quickly identify potential construction challenges, and makes necessary changes.

We engage our subcontractors early in the process to gather their input and ensure accurate scope of work pricing.

JNMCS provides detailed reporting, manages the overall schedule with tradesman, and ensures the a project is completed on time and on budget.

Demolition, Site-Work & Clean-Up

JNMCS knows that demolition projects can get complicated. Our PM will provide thorough on-site evaluations, and develop a plan that meets your budget and schedule.

JNMCS will obtained all necessary permits, and provide contracts for subcontractors. An on-site superintendent will monitor the progress and provide reporting until all demolition work is completed.

All debris and large rubbish will be disposed of and site will be regraded and cleaned.

Our goal is to make your project as turnkey as possible once an initial estimate has been made.
